The Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library located at 18 Maine Street, Kennebunkport welcomes Cornelia Stockman on Tuesday May 31 and June 7 at 6:00 pm. to talk about her recent trip to India.  Ms. Stockman (on behalf of the Rotary Club) visited Bikaner and New Delhi, India.  Her talk will educate us about work and family values, cultural pride, and the various customs of three different groups she had the honor to live with while she was there.  This recent trip celebrated the conclusion of a $34,000 Rotary International Global Grant for approximately 14 Bikaner schools.  The education of youth and the benefits to the schools and villages that participated in the grant will be presented along with several articles of clothing and related artifacts.  Each presentation will last 45 minutes.  For more information about this program, please call the Library at 967-2778.
