WILLS/GUARDIANSHIPS – THE PROS AND CONS

March 30 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

In celebration of the Public Health Office turning 75 this year, we are teaming up with the nurses to offer monthly discussions on a variety of topics.  For this session, our guests will be Candice Simeoni (head of elder crimes); Kennebunkport Detective Cory Tardif; Michael Maloney, VP of Kennebunk Savings; and Bridget McMahon, an Attorney with Legal Services for the Elderly.  The very important topics of discussion will encompass the pros and cons of setting up your future wishes.

Officer Simeoni is an instructor at the Maine Criminal Justice  Academy teaching cadets Elder Crime Investigations and presents around the State of Maine on Older Adult Exploitation.
She has been a law enforcement officer since 2004 and has been featured in many media outlets about the work she is doing in support of our aging nation.

Michael Maloney is a Vice President at Kennebunk Savings Bank and member of the York County Elder Abuse Task Force.

Bridget McMahon, JD, is an attorney at Legal Services for the Elderly.

This program is sponsored by the Kennebunkport Public Health Office, the Health Council, and Graves Library.  Light refreshments will be served.

Please let us know if you would like the Zoom link.  We will send it out on Tuesday.  Give us a call at 967-2778.
