Furry Tales Story Time

We are so excited to partner with the Animal Welfare Society of Kennebunk for a very special story time. A coloring craft will follow. Preschoolers and their families explore the exciting world of animals with stories, playtime, crafts, songs, movement, and plenty of animal time. Each visit is a new adventure!

STORYTIME – EVERY FRIDAY 10 AM

Fabulous Friday Family Storytime with Miss Terri and Miss Allison is in the community room every Friday at 10 AM, and everyone is welcome to Stay & Play at 10:45 AM. This program features stories, fingerplays, and songs. After storytime, be sure to stop at our hands-on stations that are always open: Puzzle Cubes, View-Master, Coloring Crafts, Legos, I Spy Terrarium, and more! Try out our themed Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win a prize!

GANNY’S GARDEN STORY TIME

Join us at Ganny’s Garden at the Trust River Green in Kennebunkport on Sunday, June 8, for a Family Story time in honor of Barbara Bush’s 100th birthday. We will read stories and have fun with different activities, from crafts to photos taken with the Little Blue Truck. Free materials are available for families to take home to continue reading, learning, and playing together. Story times: “Little Blue Truck” at 12:30, “The Day You Begin” at 1:30. This program is a collaboration with the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. This event is part of Kennebunkport’s community birthday celebration of Barbara Bush. STORY TIME WITH MISS TERRI AT THE SEASHORE TROLLEY MUSEUM

Story Time with Miss Terri at the Seashore Trolley Museum Model Railroad on Thursday, March 20, at 10:15 AM

All aboard for stories, songs, craft & model train adventure! Adults are $5, with free admission for anyone 5 years old and younger. Miss Terri from the Graves Library will be the guest reader at the Trolley Museum, sharing her favorite train stories. Following story time, we will all check out the fantastic model trains! This model layout is the largest HO-scale layout in the state of Maine.
